I have just had my car serviced by Wyan and his team after using the same mechanic for 20 years in Geelong. I was fearful that I wouldn’t find a business that I trusted as much as my Geelong mechanic and I am thrilled to say that I have found a very trustworthy mechanic in Wyan in Melbourne! You can get your car serviced with confidence that you are NOT being ripped off! Its great that is an alternative to the large European dealerships that think because you drive a European car that you are happy to be ripped off! I am hard customer to please and I rarely take the time to write these reviews but the service I received today is very worthy of this review. I am also happy to speak to any customer who maybe considering using this business as this is a genuine review and until today I had never met Wyan. Well done again and I will be back soon.

For many years my Mercedes cars get the best care and value-for-money repairs and service at Southbank Prestige Service. No more crazy dealer-priced repairs, James and his team are so good, that I also recommend my BMW-driving sister to seek their honest advice and professional service.
I was recommended to go to Southbank Prestige by a friend who gets his BMW and Mercedes serviced there. I drive a BMW 5-series which has just come out of the factory servicing warranty period and I got comparison quotes to have the servicing done at BMW and Southbank Prestige. They were almost $800 cheaper than BMW for the exact same services and with the same type of technology, and I got a VW courtesy car to drive which was clean and new. While my car was being serviced, they identified a small oil leak which BMW hadn’t noticed/picked up, and they fixed it without charging me. That small leak could have caused costly issues with my engine later on if not fixed, so I was relieved it was fixed and for free. Aside from this, Wyan contacted me to explain everything they had fixed before I came to pick up the car, my log book was stamped and as I was running late, he stayed opened and waited so I could pick up my car. As a female, I felt comfortable and like I was being treated with respect and I will continue to go back here in future.
I’ve taken my BMW here 4 times now. Exceptional service from Wayne and the mechanics! Trustworthy, respectful, honest and knowledgeable. Great communication about what needs doing and an affordable price. Added bonus is the use of the courtesy car. Cannot recommend highly enough.
I went into Southbank Prestige Service for the first time today to have Wayne look after a few issues with my Audi Q7.
He and his crew went over and above to have my car back to me tonight as promised with all issues rectified.
