We are pleased to offer factory-approved, condition based servicing to our Customers, which is $349* for all vehicles which are outside of warranty.

As part of our commitment to providing only the highest standards of servicing for your prestige, 4×4 or SUV vehicles, we are proud to advise that we use only the highest quality factory approved original equipment, oils and lubricants. Our condition based service includes engine oil and oil filter replacement, and you can have piece of mind knowing that we exclusively use premium Mobil1 and Hengst filters.

Our fully qualified technicians, using state-of-the-art service centre diagnostics and equipment, will also perform the following services:

Safety report.
Diagnostic scan of all modules
Reset service indicator and stamp log book.
Check levels and condition of all fluids and oils – top up if required.
Check lubricants on all suspension components i.e. bushes, links , ball joints, universal joints.
Check condition of filters i.e. engine air filter, cabin/pollen filter, fuel filter.
Check and adjust tyre pressures.
Lubrication on all door, bonnet, boot and tailgate hinges.
Measure and check brakes, pad thickness and disc rotors.
Check condition and operation of all lights, wipers, washers and other items.
FREE car wash and interior cleaning with every car service.
FREE loan vehicle available upon request.

What is a Condition Based Service (CBS)? Condition based services are provided for vehicles which are outside of warranty. It is an economical way to service and maintain vehicle performance, whereby all components are checked and if they are still in good working condition, they will not be replaced. Following every CBS service, we keep an electronic report of your vehicle condition and assessment, this is then used for future reference when your vehicle returns for another service.

Our promise to car owners is that we will not perform any unnecessary repairs or maintenance, as we value our customers, and trust and integrity are important fundamentals of our business.

If any repairs or maintenance are needed in addition to the CBS, our professional team will contact you prior to commencing any work. You will will then be empowered to make a decision on whether to proceed or not, based on the advice provided.

* Please note that Conditional Based Servicing may attract minor incremental costs based on the make and model of your car. Our team will advise you of these costs prior to the service commencing i.e. AMG and M-Sport vehicles use different oils to comply with Mercedes and BMW factory requirements.
